The road has a lot of pop holes at the beginning of it. It actually gets better after a mile or so.

Anita Camped
Anita camped in the area right here (Gmaps). There is camping on both sides. At this exact location in February 2023. Anita believes the good entrance is here. Lots of OHVs around. On a Thursday night a group had moved in and played loud music from 7pm to about 11:30pm, and honked their horns frequently.
