I do not want to do an action but I want the result. This is something that I will need to do again and again for my entire life to maintain it. 

What can I do?

Put it on your to do list today.

You could even get up right now and do it. There. Done. Accomplished. Progress made. 🙂

Then, log it on your Accomplished list.
