A adductor is a type of thigh muscle of a human.

What do adductors do?
Allow a person to bring the thighs toward each other, which is called adduction. (1)
Adductors help a person stay balanced, keep the legs and hips in alignment, and allow rotations through the hips and legs. (1)

Where are the adductors located?
They are on the inside of the thigh, starting at the pelvis and extending to the femur (thigh bone). (1)
