What is soluble ferrous iron?
Soluble ferrous iron is a type of iron.
Water containing ferrous iron is clear and colorless because the iron is completely dissolved. (1)
When exposed to air in a pressure tank or atmosphere, the water turns cloudy and a reddish-brown substance begins to form. (1)
